Albert Osorio is the founder of the law firm and primary attorney. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Barry University in Miami, Florida, and a Juris Doctor Degree from the Birmingham School of Law.
Mr. Osorio has extensive experience litigating motions, conducting hearings and trials before Federal, State, Local and Municipal courts including but not limited to conducting hundreds of bond hearings before immigration courts across multiple states with proven results.
Prior to these achievements, Mr. Osorio served honorably in the United States Marine Corps before continuing on to serve as a South Florida police officer and a former Special Agent with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration. In addition, Mr. Osorio's career expanded into the business sector where he was employed with a Wall Street based company managing a private equity fund between 2006 and 2009. In this capacity he managed over 2 million square feet of commercial property assets, oversaw aggressive development projects, negotiated hundreds of commercial leases while enhancing portfolio value and maximizing investor returns.
